Information we collect

We only collect the information you voluntarily provide, in particular when you fill out the contact form or get in touch with us:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your phone number (if you choose to provide it);
• the content of your message and any information you decide to include in it.

To protect the form against bots and abuse, we keep an encrypted, irreversible version (fingerprint) of your IP address: at most 24 hours to limit the number of submissions, and at most 30 days in a log of blocked attempts. Your actual IP address is never stored by the site.

For security and proper operation, our host may also temporarily keep technical data such as your IP address in its server logs. This data is not used to identify or track you.

Why we use it

Your information is used solely to:

• respond to your request and communicate with you;
• provide the IT support service you requested;
• follow up on our exchange.

We never use your information for advertising or profiling purposes.

Sharing and hosting

We do not sell and do not rent your personal information. We do not share it with any third party for commercial purposes. Your information may pass through the technical services needed to send emails and host the site, only to the extent required to handle your request.

The Contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a service from Cloudflare, Inc. that checks that submissions come from a person and not a bot. To do so, Cloudflare receives technical data from your browser (including your IP address), which may be processed outside Quebec. Retention period

We keep your information only as long as necessary to respond to your request and provide reasonable follow-up, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. No third-party analytics tool is loaded on our pages.

Only the Contact page uses a session cookie that is strictly necessary for the form’s security (protection against fraudulent submissions). It is deleted when you close your browser and is used for no other purpose.

Your rights

Under Law 25, you have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• request its correction if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
• withdraw your consent and request its deletion;
• file a complaint with Quebec’s Commission d’accès à l’information (CAI).
